Payment:

  • We do a require a deposit or full payment to confirm/secure your booking and the balance of the money can be              paid in cash or credit card on the day of your adventure. 

Please Note:

  • The Hot Air Balloon package and the Helicopter Package will need to be paid in full and in advance before the pilots will fly
  • Our 1 hour trail rides go out @ 9am and 2pm and our 1,5 hour trail ride only goes out @ 11am

Arrival time:


  • Please arrive 30minutes before the trail ride time

 

What to wear:


  • We have found the most comfy gear to wear is jeans or any other long pants will do.
  • Please make sure you wear closed shoes or takkies.
  • If it looks like it may rain/drizzle please bring a raincoat or a warm jacket along. – Riding in soft rain is always fun!
